All the professional team members at Dr. Zipperlen's office seek to maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay familiar with the latest trends in dentistry. We are excited to introduce you to our staff: 

M. Jenalle Craig-Crabtree, CDA

Administration/Clinical 

I am a 2002 graduate of Shawnee State University, where I earned my Bachelors Degree. Following college graduation, I became Dr. Zipperlens full time "chair side" assistant. I learned most of my Dental skills from Dr. Zipperlen himself, and have enjoyed growing in the Dental field. After 6 years of full time assisting I pursued additional training and now have skills which include insurance and business administration. I am the proud mother of 2 wonderful children; a son Kaleb and a daughter, Kyah...who may I add, are the light of my Life! When I can't be found at the Dental office, you can bet I will be along side my husband Michael and my two children enjoying family time to it's fullest. Dentistry is an exciting field, with changes and improvements everyday and I enjoy being part of such a wonderful Dental team!!
